We were approached to create an approachable delicious look to entice both locals and visitors to the Dolan groups restaurant and bars. The challenge was to make people aware just how good the restaurants are which are located with the Dolan Hotels group. 'They are not just standard hotel restaurants! They are great restaurants with excellent views!'
After a brand audit we decided to refresh the groups brand and tone of voice before embarking on the food & beverage brief.
We decided that the best way to engage with locals and visitors was to leave behind the brochure style approach that the group had done before and create an exciting image led magazine to highlight just how good the food and the views really are.
Eat Magazine was borne out of the groups passion for quality, service, local produce, and the very talented team of chefs and dedicated front of house.
With a passionate vision and delectable photography from Glen Perotte we were able to create a sophisticated but friendly magazine that told the story of Dolan's restaurant and bars and what each offers.
Written in a friendly approachable tone of voice with tongue in cheek copy the magazine was a hit with customers.
The photography and typographic style has given each restaurant / bar a distinct personality whilst still being seen as part of the group.
The magazine is available across the Hotels and Restaurants and is available online.
